  Terrible experience dealing with this company for renovations.
  
  Job quoted to be finished within one month, took over four. Constantly being told it would be done by a certain date and then having no one come to our house to continue work. Date continually changing again and again, still no one would come. Only to have them eventually appear days after, completely unannounced, on a few occasions while we had company over.
  Even organised some time away, due to being given another date that the work would "definitely' be completed by, so I could get out of their way and get back to a completed house... Only to return a week later to find the house exactly as I had left it, awesome.
  
  Original plans for kitchen were measured incorrectly and ended up blocking back door from opening halfway, were told we agreed to the plans and they were going to put the door on the back hinges to fix the problem (losing the use of screen door and still having doorway width severely limited due to cupboards). This was only changed after we found the original copy of the plans the builders were using with the incorrect measurements on it.
  They also renovated our bathroom which (without going into too much detail) makes me question if;
  1. Any of the builders happened to own a square edge or level at the time.
  2. The builders are, and/or happen to mainly build bathrooms for Smurfs, judging by the questionably placed shelves causing both occupants of the house into a rather awkward kneel/lean every time we require use of the mirror.
  
  Communication was extremely frustrating as the builders did not speak a word of English so we could not talk to them to ask questions or raise any concerns. The person we were in contact with (Ben) was hard to reach and even harder to deal with because he was rarely seen at the house throughout the build so trying to explain everything over the phone was a hassle and a lot seemed to be lost in translation
  
  Also pride of work and attention to detail seemed to completely lacking through out the build, the house was constantly a mess and they never cleaned up after themselves. Small scratches all over the new flooring due to tools being tossed around with out any form of mats for protection, The site seemingly not swept the entire time and surfaces left covered in dust/debris and splatters of silicon even after being told they would come back to clean them up once the build was done.
  We ended up having to do the final clean ourselves after realising they weren't coming back, which took most part of an entire day. Scraping silicon, dusting and wiping down all surfaces throughout the kitchens, cleaning our brand new couch of debris that was left uncovered during building.
  Even while writing this there is a large pile of debris in our back yard that we were ensured they would come to pick up with a trailer on their last visit only to have them appear in a small car with no trailer and of course no room for the debris, legends.
  
  All in all our kitchen looks better than it did before. But in saying that, it was old, crappy and run down to start with so it doesn't really take much for us to say that.
  
  The final product may look slightly better but the overall level of detail and the entire experience itself has left a lot to be desired.
  
  There are a lot of choice words I would love to use to describe our experience with this company but I will leave it by saying we will never be using them again and will not even recommend them to our worst enemies.
  
  Do yourself a favour and find someone else.
